From office tenant improvements to banks, about 50% of our projects have been commercial projects. We'll assist in providing initial cost estimates and negotiating tenant improvement allowances, and reviewing lease terms. From conceptual design through the end of construction and furniture installation, we make the process as seamless as possible, hiring or coordinating all the consultants and contractors needed, and design to your budget.

We have designed numerous condominiums and apartments buildings ranging from 2 to 50 units, ranging in style from Spanish to craftsman to contemporary, mostly in urban infill settings. We are experts at small off-grid buildings that do not require a building permit. Whether it's on wheels, or permanent, we can design and manage the construction of your small space that utilizes the same type of infrastructure as recreational vehicles. We can even design a custom recreational vehicle or camper van that uses non-toxic, VOC-free products. Create a small guest room, rental unit, or yoga, meditation or art studio on your property.
